About Jil Frederick, President, dulce Design

In January of 2000, Jil Frederick founded Dulce Design because she had a strong desire to create a firm focused on fresh ideas, integrity, and impeccable service.

At that time Jil was a twenty year design veteran seeking change and a new challenge. Today, with thirty-two years experience, she currently celebrates twelve years in business.  During this time, she has built her company to support her mission and vision into an award winning firm where service to her clients is number one.  Additionally Jil has built a strong team, where she has recruited experienced professionals in the industry to help execute her mission.

As president and chief designer of San Diego-based Dulce Design, Jil is no stranger to successful interior design and merchandising.  During her extensive career, Frederick has provided model home design and merchandising for such builders as The Corky McMillin Companies, Richmond American Homes, Continental Homes, Artisan Communities, CLB Partners and California West Communities.

Frederick’s dream of owning an interior design firm that is a cut above the rest has been realized. Dulce Design provides an intimate working relationship with all of its clients, and a final product that is elegant as well as cost-conscious.
